A Tribute to the |
Some things in life are short but leave you with the greatest of
memories. My tour of duty aboard the Sagamore was one of those things to me, a
relatively short tour of duty while waiting to go to Electronics School at the Great
Lakes Naval Training Center.
Onboard the Sagamore I experienced such great things as learning how to chip and paint, ah... what fun, and the neat stuff like helmsman, lookout, and quarter deck watches while also meeting some interesting people.
Thanks for the memories
Sagamore!
