These two scans are the front and back covers respectively
from the Change of Command pamphlet created for the ceremony.
There is also considerable text regarding Lt. Crim and Lt. Boerner
inside the pamphlet. I did not include it here as it did not scan well.
If anyone is interested, I will place the text of that information in order to
honor these departing and arriving Captains of the U.S.S. Sagamore.
